Spring Blossoms

Spring Blossoms

I wanted to write a post about the pretty Cherry blossoms that were blooming in late March/Early April, but I got sidetracked.

I complain about not getting very many good cut flowers to buy here. There are not many florists, and the ones we do have don't carry garden roses, peonies, or other exotic blooms. But we really have a true Spring here, and if you can get past the pollen, there sure are some beautiful blooming trees and flowering plants everywhere!

When I see blooms opening up, I put my snippers in my car, and try to bring my camera with me when I go out.  I managed to snip a few branches of cherry blossoms, and bring them home for a shoot. :)

Some of the other great blooms we get are Forsythia,

Flowering quince,

Spirea,

and pretty tulip magnolias and pink dogwoods.

All available in my shop.

I hope you've all had a beautiful Spring where you are!
